How It Began
In 2013, Performance Motorsports LLC became official.
It all started while competing in the NTPA circuit racing alcohol super stock tractors. This is an incredible class with a boost of 100+psi on methanol injected engines that include multiple turbos. While we had some learning curves, the excitement of overcoming those challenges was
In 2013, Performance Motorsports LLC became official.
It all started while competing in the NTPA circuit racing alcohol super stock tractors. This is an incredible class with a boost of 100+psi on methanol injected engines that include multiple turbos. While we had some learning curves, the excitement of overcoming those challenges was rewarding and made us eager to learn more. Working with local drag racers and dirt track racers running in late-model and modified classes helped us develop great knowledge of chassis and shock set-up leading to outstanding results and multiple wins for these racers.
Being directly involved with some of the best Big Tire ProMods and Outlaw Radial Racers in the world put us on the National level of drag racing. Working side by side with star race teams such as Tim Wallace of Wallace Motorsports and his beautiful 55 Chevy Pro Charged hemi in the NHRA ProMod circuit and Team Buginga with the stellar 2021 season that set 5 world records becoming the most dominant Pro275 race car of all time getting Manny Buginga, the pilot of the "Fred" race car, nominated by Drag illustrated for the Radial Racer of the year. We've also worked in the Pro Nitrous class with Mike Naumann and his Pat Musi powered big block Chevy setting a personal best and with Ken Quartuccio piloting his Procharged Hemi power '69 Camaro.
